Content regarding appointed Mahasawegtri Phraya Amornwattanasomboon to be Privy Councillor. Double folded. Minor fault on the left and bottom right. F.(1)
พระบรมราชโองการ” - 2469 ประกาศนียบัตรลงวันที่ 4 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2469 เป็นปีที่ 2 ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน บนกระดาษ 2 แผ่น ขนาด 20x32 ซม. หน้าแรกมีตราพระราชลัญจกรพระบรมราชโองการ (อักษรขอม) และตราครุฑในวงกลมเส้ฯผ่านศูนย์กลาง 8 ซม. ล้อมรอบด้วยคำว่า “พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาประชาธิปก พระปกเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว” ตราทั้งหมดพิมพ์ด้วยสีแดง เนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการแต่งตั้ง มหาเสวกตรี พระยาอมรรัตนสมบูรณ์ เป็นองคมนตรี มีรอยพับสองรอย ด้านซ้ายและมุมล่างขวามีตำหนิ F.(1)
